In the event of cancellation between 8 to 20 days prior, you can either reschedule your trip or receive a gift card worth 100% of the purchase price, with no expiration date and is transferable to others. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled trip are considered non-refundable. No refunds will be granted for instances of no-call, or no-shows, under any circumstances! Weather-related cancellations will be compensated with a 100% valued gift card, allowing guests to reschedule at their convenience. Tours will be halted immediately if illegal drugs are used or alcohol is consumed by a minor, with no refunds provided.
Once you've booked, you will receive a confirmation email confirming your tour date and time. A simple waiver link and your Pick-up location will also be attached to your confirmation email. Please ensure that everyone in your group signs the online waiver before arriving for your tour, as you are not permitted to board the charter without it.
